Yukihira has been a staple of Japanese cooking, from miso soup to simmered and stir-fried dishes. While products with traditional designs of the past are mainstream, we have enhanced functionality and taken into consideration the size and ease of use to accommodate the new lifestyles of modern people. The simple yet elegant combination of silver and wood is designed to match both Japanese and Western kitchens.
Reliable quality and functionality for long-lasting use
The outside of the pot has a matte hairline finish, while the inside has a beautiful, easy-to-clean mirror finish. The handle is made of walnut for durability, and has a conical shape that tapers towards the pan and is thicker toward the grip for stability. The body can be refinished and the handle can be replaced, allowing for long-lasting use.

A beautiful surface created by craftsmen's polishing techniques. The inside is a mirror finish that makes food look more appealing and is also easy to clean. The outside is a hairline finish that has been carefully polished eight times to create a luxurious look.

The body is tri-ply stainless steel with an aluminum core. It combines the high thermal conductivity unique to aluminum with excellent heat retention properties unique to stainless steel. The even heat distribution makes cooking easy.

The handle, made of durable walnut wood, underwent repeated prototyping to achieve the desired feel and ease of use. The easy-to-pour angle and beautiful form of the handle are characterized by the different grain that only natural wood can offer.

Package Design
The playful box features a forest and parrot motif with the symbolic yacht logo of the Y.YACHT Company.
